So welding near the fuel tank ?? good to see you aren't letting fear hold you back seriously though looking good

All good mate, had it covered when welding ....deisels pretty hard to light up anyway









...few things I'm happy with....roll bar will be getting done again, mig ran out of gas while welding the under side, so had to get the stick out (GRRRR hate stick).....a few of the welds will be redone when I get some more gas, it also pulled abit when welding it.....grrrr

Still got to make up a frame for the spare wheel hatch.

Not happy with the roll bar, so in the next few weeks it will get cut off and replaced with a twin 2" bar. Wished I'd done that in the 1st place instead of modding the old bar from the old tray

While in Brisbane on the weekend, caught up with a few mates from down that way for a wheel at Scenic Rim. Was an AWSOME day...

Am pretty happy with the Lightforce Genisis, puts out a good light. Only thing I would like, is if they bring out a combo cover like they do for the 170's, 240's.........I reckon they would be so much better again.

Yeh, pretty happy with the way it works. The rear leaves are still only standard D22 ones.

haha heck yeh how extended are those rear shackles? (if they are)

The shackles are extended 2".

Took the Beacon in to get a wheel alignment after putting the new suspension in. Not good!!!! Bent Idler Arm, and both inner Tie Rod End ball joints RS.....oh well.
New bits should turn up Monday.

Not everyones cup of tea, wanted something different to the norm

Got the new idler arm and tie rod end ball joints.
Beacons still off the road and up on stands (well the front is anyway)......
the ball joints in the pitman arm are stuffed to
Oh well, back down to the suspension shop tomorrow
